1) If an item has a defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within two(2) days upon receipt.
Please mark RETURN TO THE SENDER on the parcel and send the items in their original condition back to us within 7 days.
We will exchange with the same items or refund in full within two(2) business days upon receipt of the returned items.
2) If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days from the purchase.
We will refund only the purchase price of merchandise and shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Considering nature of the product, the item should not be opened nor used and it should be in the original package, resaleable condition.
If you contact us, we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped
and the amount you will be refunded after any return shipping and handling costs.
3) If you want to exchange an item, contact us first within 14 days from the purchase.
Buyer is responsible for both returning & re-sending shipping charges.
